어떤 사이트(특히 공공기관)에서 보고서 출력을 눌렀는데 아래처럼 REXPERT Viewer를 설치해 달라는 메시지가 나와서 Install 버튼을 눌러서 설치를 했는데도 계속 같은 메시지가 나올 경우에 해결 방법은 다음과 같다.
REXPERT Viewer가 크롬 계열 브라우저에서는 제대로 작동하지 않고 인터넷 익스플로러에 맞게 제작되었기 때문으로 추정이 된다.
나같은 경우 엣지에서 익스플로러 모드로 들어가 해당 사이트를 실행시켜 보고서 출력을 누르니 정상적으로 보고서가 출력되었다.
이런 메시지가 계속 나오면서 안 될 경우 익스플로러로 들어가거나 엣지 익스플로러모드로 들어가면 된다.
When you click on report printing on a website (especially government agencies) and you get a message like the one below asking you to install REXPERT Viewer, but the same message keeps appearing even after clicking the Install button and installing it, the solution is as follows.
It is presumed that REXPERT Viewer does not work properly on Chrome-based browsers and was designed to be compatible with Internet Explorer.
In my case, when I entered the site using Edge's Internet Explorer mode and clicked on report printing, the report was printed normally.
If this message keeps appearing and it doesn't work, you can access the site using Internet Explorer or Edge's Internet Explorer mode.
