이 한 부씩 인쇄라는 뜻은 인쇄할 때 나오는 순서를 뜻한다. 예를 들어 20페이지 짜리 문서를 3부씩 인쇄할 때
이 한 부씩 인쇄를 체크하고 인쇄하면 먼저 1페이지가 3장 찍혀나오고 그다음 2페이지가 3장 찍혀나오고 3페이지가 3장 찍혀나오고 이런 식으로 20페이지까지 찍혀나오는 식이다.
이걸 체크 안 하고 인쇄를 하면 먼저 1페이지에서 20페이지 까지 인쇄되어 나오고 그다음 1페이지에서 20페이지까지 다시 찍혀나오는 식으로 인쇄가 된다.
